Development
On your first day we welcome you with our company induction, this is a week long course where you are told all about our company history and strategies. You are then introduced to the team and giving a walk round of the office. As well as this you receive your welcome pack which gives you all the information that you need to get you started. Over the rest of the week you are trained on everything; from our systems and processes through to our brand and how we capture client information.
Once you join your team you then get set objectives and enter into your training programme. With annual reviews looking at how you display our values and support our vision and six month reviews which ensure you are keeping on the right track through the year.
There are regular training sessions taking place in the office as well as management development programmes and external training going on.
Once you have settled it may be relevant to gain a professional qualification which we will sponsor. We don’t believe in sheep dip training here, so your plan is individual.
Social events
Something we excel in!! Whether you want to join in the weekly football down in St. James Park, or maybe you want to take part in the running groups that put down some miles in the London parks, there is an activity to suit all. Some of our team recently climbed Kilimanjaro…
Perhaps you prefer to simply catch up with colleagues over a cup of tea or glass of wine that is fine as well. Maybe you want to bring something completely new to the company, speed knitting or rock climbing; whatever it may be we welcome it with open arms.
With a state of the art intranet where you can advertise events through to a fantastic company newsletter which gives employees a method of writing up experiences and sharing them with others, then you have a real part to play in the building and shaping of our culture.
