Trainer

We are looking for a new, dynamic trainer to join our team, please have a read through what the role entails and look through the day in the life area to get an understanding of our company spirit.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting in the development and implementation of client training materials
  • Working with the Management team to ensure this meets the needs of the business. Assist in the design, development and implementation of specific client branded training material ensuring a full match of client needs
  • Deliver internal training including induction to our ever growing team
  • Work with our amazing range of clients to deliver innovative and compelling training solutions for their staff, so that they fully understand Fourth's products and services
  • Ensuring users have the confidence to use our systems and coach others
  • Assisting in the update and evolution of training provided to match changes in market conditions and situations.
  • Deliver training on National basis
  • Represent training with clients at regional and/or area level to determine training needs
  • Represent training at internal meetings
  • Report and recommend training initiatives, successes and risks across the work stream.

To become one of our Trainers you need to demonstrate excellent communication skills alongside a confident outgoing personality, and comply with the following list

Account Manager

Your role will see you proactively servicing our key clients ensuring they are happy with their existing product /service levels and dealing with any potential issues that could arise. You will also generate awareness of other products / modules and generate opportunities with existing customers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a detailed and thorough understanding of Fourth Hospitality product range and business model
  • Develop a thorough and detailed understanding of the business of each account managed from board level to shop floor
  • Act as the key point of contact for all user issues for each account managed
  • Build mutually profitable and beneficial relationships between Fourth Hospitality and each account managed
  • Identify and exploit opportunities for up-selling services and software to all accounts managed
  • Reduce the volume of support calls received by assisting clients in implementing effective in-house support and passing on knowledge of Fourth Hospitality's products
  • Plan and attend appropriately regular meetings with accounts managed
  • Implement and maintain tangible measures of client satisfaction, gathering feedback and implementing new procedures where necessary
  • Provide regular reports on all accounts to internal management
  • Escalate support issues to Technical Support team where necessary

Required Experience

Essential
  • An analytical thinker capable of demonstrating the ability to solve complex business problems in an efficient manner
  • To be commercially minded and possess an aptitude for identifying opportunities to increase revenue by selling new products and services. This may or may not be demonstrated by specific sales experience.
  • Excellent communication skills both face to face and in writing
  • Experience of offering support to customers for a specific product or products
  • Awareness of how software integrates with a business to solve a problem or improve a process
  • Demonstrate an enthusiastic and committed approach to customer management

Preferred
  • Specific experience of working as an Account Manager within a software business preferably one supplying solutions under a web-based ASP model
  • Knowledge of the hospitality industry
  • Experience of using, implementing or supporting ERP software
  • Experience of working in a restaurant, bar or hotel
  • Experience of working at board level either to build relationships or sell products and services
  • Knowledge of the HR and Payroll functions within a business
