Clock in and out data is transmitted automatically into the Fourth Rota Scheduling module via the internet. The system also works offline and in the event of any loss of internet connection, the system will automatically update and populate the Rota Schedule with all data once connection is restored. Simple, colour coded time clock screens allow managers to authorise and control all clock in and out activity by exception. Attendance and punctuality trends are easily identified and reported. Swipe card, barcode and pin number options are also available.
