Fourth Accounting Service Team utilises customer data captured in the System to create Management A/cs at levels of detail and frequency tailored to customer needs.
Main features of the operations carried out by Fourth are:
- Fourth reconciles receipt data from CMS System to customer's bank statements and produces discrepancy reports. Petty cash payments are also captured from the CMS System.
- Fourth uses the data captured from the Accounts Payable System to maintain a creditors' ledger on behalf of customers.
- Fourth will administer and pay approved Supplier Invoices not captured by the FnB system.
- Fourth submits BACS payment request to the customer's Bank for payment.
- Fourth acts as an Agent for customers, preparing, submitting and paying regular VAT returns and PAYE.
