| Matching the right candidates to the right vacancies |

One of the first and biggest challenges for employers is to fill the vacancy with the right person. The Fourth Recruitment Module allows a company to define and publish all current vacancies. Each vacancy has a status (i.e 'available', 'on hold', 'filled') for immediate web based, company wide visibility. Fourth facilitates the immediate publishing of the vacancy onto customer's own company website.
- Full Self-Service On-line Job Applications
- Interface to Company Website or Jobs Site
- Total Control & Visibility of Recruitment Process
- Comprehensive Candidate Management
- Candidate to Vacancy Matching
- Automated Update to HR System for Successful Candidates
Candidate details can either be entered directly into the Fourth system (e.g. CV received or reply to a newspaper advertisement) or this can be done by the candidate entering their own details via the company website. In either case, supporting documentation such as CV's, can also be uploaded and therefore immediately accessible for review by anyone involved in the recruitment process.
Once a candidate has been associated with a vacancy, each stage of the recruitment and interview process can be logged, commented on and given an appropriate status. All HR details for successful candidates will automatically populate the other relevant areas of the database. Appropriate automatic responses in the form of e-mail or letter can be triggered. Candidates are then automatically kept informed of the status of their application.
