Clapham House Group
Leading industry player, Clapham House Group, has selected Fourth as its solutions partner for all of its Employee HR, Scheduling, Forecasting, Time & Attendance and Payroll requirements. The solution is being implemented throughout the 90 strong estate throughout early 2008 and will help the business to reduce and control wage cost as it continues its significant expansion.
D&D London
After success with the Fourth Employee System and Payroll Service, famous London operator D&D London, formerly known as Conran Restaurants, has selected Fourth FnB to manage all of its stock, margin and purchasing control. The first site to go live is Paternoster Chop House.
Greenwich Inc.
Greenwich Inc. own and operate 15 high end pub/restaurant/banqueting sites, all in and around the Greenwich area. The estate includes The Trafalgar Tavern and two locations within the O2 complex. Fourth FnB will manage all stock control and purchasing throughout the estate and help to reduce and manage food and beverage margins.
Fishworks Plc
The successful restaurant chain started and operated by Mitch Tonks, continues its expansion in London with a new location in Swallow Street, W1. This will bring the total number of sites in the group to 13. Already a user of the Fourth Employee and Payroll solution, the expanding company have recently selected Fourth again, to provide its FnB system to improve and control margin throughout the group.
Hamburger Union
Opened a new site in Derby. The successful concept is inspired by entrepreneur Hugh Fowler, former owner of Cafe Pasta. Hamburger Union has been with Fourth Hospitality since its inception and continues to implement Fourth Systems to manage its entire back office function, including all Stock Control, Purchasing, HR, Scheduling, Forecasting and Payroll
Chill Factor e
New to Manchester, indoor entertainment and ski concept Chill Factor e, has implemented the Fourth FnB system to control stock and purchasing of all food, beverage and retail products.
Noodle Bars
Buckinghamshire based concept, Noodle Bars has selected Fourth for all of its back of house systems and reporting requirements as it continues its expansion. Owners, LGI Group, currently have sites in Oxford, High Wycombe, Maidenhead and Aylesbury, with plans for two more in 2008.
Spianata
Former city bankers Sats Machancoses and Stefan Nicolai have been successfully operating and opening sites since 2004 for their Spianata brand. Spianata is an authentic Italian Sandwich shop and currently operates 4 sites in the City of London with two more to open before Spring 2008. The company has selected Fourth for all of its back office system and reporting requirements, as it expands.
The Institute of Directors
Famous London business landmark, The Institute of Directors has once again selected Fourth to be its technology partner. This time, providing FnB to manage its stock control. The company has been successfully using the Fourth Employee System since 2006.
Company of Cooks
A growing provider of catering services to some of London's most prestigious venues. Contracts include Southbank Centre, incorporating Royal Festival Hall, National Film Theatre and Tate Modern. Other contracts include Wisley Gardens in Surrey and The Roundhouse in Camden. The company has selected Fourth to provide a complete Employee HR and Time& Attendance solution to help manage its employees and run its business.

ASK Restaurants
Fourth continues its rollout across the Gondola Holdings estate, with the implementation of its Employee HR and Payroll Bureau Solution throughout ASK Restaurants. This successful concept, formerly owned by Adam and Sam Kaye, will use the Fourth system to reduce, manage and control wage cost throughout the group.
Chop'd
Successful quick service concept Chop'd has opened another site at the new London St Pancras terminal and continues to use the Fourth Employee System to manage all HR information for the group.
Accor Hotels
The Fourth Employee system has gone live with Accor Hotels, at its Hythe Imperial Hotel. The Fourth Payroll Bureau Service is also paying all staff.
Daedalia
Clapham based entrepreneur, Justin Savage has adopted the entire Fourth Back Office suite for his 4 sites which come under the banner of Daedalia Ltd. Sites include Rapscallion and The Railway.
Malmaison Hotels
Malmaison Hotels Plc continues its expansion plans and is rolling the Fourth FnB Solution throughout its estate. After successfully reducing cost of sale for the Hotel Du Vin collection of hotels, the Fourth system is now doing things for the Malmaison properties. Malmaison Reading is the latest site to benefit.
Subway
Fourth is now working with internationally renowned sandwich chain, Subway. Fourth provides its Employee HR and Scheduling System for a number of Subway outlets.

Gilgamesh
The new owners of the ornate and exclusive restaurant that is Gilgamesh have selected Fourth systems to help reduce, manage and contol its cost of sale and wage cost requirements. The restaurant is currently the centrepiece of some exciting new developments planned for the Stables Market and surrounding area in Camden, North London.
Le Cafe Anglais
Le Cafe Anglais is a new French restaurant which opens in Bayswater in November. The company which has plans for more sites will use Fourth systems to manage all of its back office systems and reporting requirements.
The Establishment
The Establishment, which will open in mid-November comprises a 44-cover restaurant, large open-plan lounge bar, private dining room and a glass-walled alfresco courtyard. Head chef will be Karl McEwan, formerly from the Michelin-starred Glasshouse in Kew, who will serve a menu of modern British food focused on seasonal ingredients. Rising Star Leisure currently operates two outlets in south London with Iniquity in Battersea and The People’s Republic in Clapham.
The Tilted Wig & The New Bold
Entrepreneurs Mark Bentham & Melissa Price have put the Fourth Employee System into their 4 Warwickshire based pubs. Sites include The Tilted Wig and The New Bold. The system will manage all HR and Staff Scheduling requirements for the group.
Rising Star
London based bar and restaurant operator, Rising Star Leisure has implemented the full Fourth Back Office into its third site.

Yo! Sushi
Fourth goes Yo! Trendy Sushi bar chain Yo! Sushi has selected Fourth to provide all of its back office and management reporting systems. Fourth came through a tough and competitive four way tender process to emerge as the company of choice. The systems will be rolled out throughout the autumn and winter of 2007.
Match Bar Group
Award winning bar operator, Match Bar Group has selected Fourth to provide an HR and Scheduling solution to manage wage cost and employees across all bars. The company operates bars in London West End, Shoreditch, Clerkenwell and Ibiza.
Canela
Tucked away in Soho and Covent Garden, Brazilian Portugese Cafe concept Canela has selected Fourth to provide all of its back office systems. The company will use the Fourth FnB system to control stock and purchasing. The Fourth Employee System will manage all staff HR and scheduling and all staff will be paid via the Fourth Payroll Bureau Service. Canela, which means cinnamon in Portugese offers strongly blended coffee with a difference. Cinnamon sticks are used to stir the coffee, one og the things that makes Canela unique in its field. .
Divo
Recently opened Ukranian restaurant, Divo has selected the Fourth FnB System to manage all of its stock control and purchase ordering requirments. The site, which is owned by The Restlife Corporation opened at Waterloo Place in London.
Cocktail Factory
Former Panacea Bars Manager Richard Powell has brought has opened his own bar, called Cocktail Factory. The site opened recently in Preston and is using Fourth FnB to manage stock control, cocktail recipes and ordering.
Deckers Group
North based Hotel & Restaurant operator Deckers Group have rolled out Fourth systems to the rest of its 13 strong estate. Sites include The Hope & Anchor and Pennine Manor.
Flanagans Hotel Group
Liverpool based Flanagans Hotel Group have opted for the Fourth Back Office for its Park Hotel, Sir Thomas Hotel, Newz Bar and Cafe Sports England sites. The latter is a joint venture with Liverpool football star Jamie Carragher. It is intended for the brand to be rolled out further.

Brinker
US restaurant giant Brinker, has now taken on the Fourth People Solution to manage all of its employee data and payroll services. The chain, now expanding in the UK with its Chili's and Macaroni Grill concepts is already a user of Fourth's FnB Stock Control and Ordering System.
Underdog Group
London Entrepreneurs, Will Beckett and Huw Gott have adopted Fourth as their People Systems and Payroll provider for their expanding and critically acclaimed bars and restaurants. Underdog Group, as its known currently boasts four sites; The Hawksmoor, The Marquess Tavern, Green and Red and The Red Church.
Caribbean Scene
A new restaurant bringing caribbean flavours to London Docklands. It recently opened in the newly regenerated Royal Victoria Docks and is using Fourth FnB to control its stock and purchasing.
Wagamama
Market leading noodle chain Wagamama is rolling Fourth's People System across its 50 UK outlets. The group recently opened sites in the USA and Australia and also uses Fourth as its Payroll provider as part of an integrated labour solution.
Crussh
An expanding chain of London based juice bars and is the brainchild of entrepreneur Chris Fung. Crussh has selected Fourth as its total systems partner to cover all aspects of labour management and food and beverage management.
Bodeans
Popular American Diner and provider of fine beef back ribs, Bodeans has adopted Fourth's FnB Stock Control and Ordering Solution to manage and control its expanding empire. Restaurant entrepreneur and co-founder of Belgo, Andre Blais is the mastermind behind this Soho, Clapham and Fulham based operation.
Bourne Capital
Owner of Ronnie Scott's, Bourne Capital has selected Fourth Systems for its new Charing Cross site, which opens in October 2007. The Fourth FnB System will manage and control stock, purchasing and cost of sale for the group, who plan to roll the system across all its sites over the coming year.
North Bank
New London restaurant, North Bank opens its doors this month. Situated close to the Thames, near Embankment tube station, the restaurant will use the Fourth FnB System to manage all of its Stock Control and Ordering requirements. Christian Butler heads up this exciting new venture.

Northbank

Tom Aikens / Tom's Kitchen
Tom's growing empire has opted to reign in control of their Employee Management and Payroll by adopting the Fourth Solution, to include the Fourth Biometric T&A module.
London Brasseries
OK, so they have the delightful Brasserie on Bellevue Road on Wandsworth Common, but we can't work out why they are called London Brasseries when the other sites are in Portsmouth and Manchester? Still, Fourth Stock & Ordering will be taking sales from their IBS EPOS System, and the HR, Scheduling and Payroll System will be contributing to a new central control.
MARC Restaurants
After a 6 month period using Fourth Stock and Ordering (FnBshop), the Greenhouse, Umu and Morton's have taken the Fourth Employee Management System primarily to gain a simple but functionally rich web based HR system, but also to gain financial benefit from the scheduling and forecasting tool.
Apex Hotels
Apex have used the Fourth Employee Management system for 18 months, and have now started to roll out the Fourth Stock and Ordering system.
