2007

D&D London
After success with the Fourth Employee System and Payroll Service, famous London operator D&D London, formerly known as Conran Restaurants, has selected Fourth FnB to manage all of its stock, margin and purchasing control. The first site to go live is Paternoster Chop House.

Fishworks Plc
The successful restaurant chain started and operated by Mitch Tonks, continues its expansion in London with a new location in Swallow Street, W1. This will bring the total number of sites in the group to 13. Already a user of the Fourth Employee and Payroll solution, the expanding company have recently selected Fourth again, to provide its FnB system to improve and control margin throughout the group.

Company of Cooks
A growing provider of catering services to some of London's most prestigious venues. Contracts include Southbank Centre, incorporating Royal Festival Hall, National Film Theatre and Tate Modern. Other contracts include Wisley Gardens in Surrey and The Roundhouse in Camden. The company has selected Fourth to provide a complete Employee HR and Time& Attendance solution to help manage its employees and run its business.

ASK Restaurants
Fourth continues its rollout across the Gondola Holdings estate, with the implementation of its Employee HR and Payroll Bureau Solution throughout ASK Restaurants. This successful concept, formerly owned by Adam and Sam Kaye, will use the Fourth system to reduce, manage and control wage cost throughout the group.

Malmaison Hotels
Malmaison Hotels Plc continues its expansion plans and is rolling the Fourth FnB Solution throughout its estate. After successfully reducing cost of sale for the Hotel Du Vin collection of hotels, the Fourth system is now doing things for the Malmaison properties. Malmaison Reading is the latest site to benefit.

Subway
Fourth is now working with internationally renowned sandwich chain, Subway. Fourth provides its Employee HR and Scheduling System for a number of Subway outlets.

2006

Bagel Factory
With total use of Fourth Hospitality's web based Employee, Stock and KPI management system, Bagel Factory will be going totally paperless. These are exciting times for a growing company fully intent on only using the best systems to consolidate in order to quickly further growth. Not even a photocopy of any employee document in the filing cabinet!

Caprice Holdings
Including a number of famous marques, Caprice Holdings is made up of The Ivy, J Sheekey, Daphne's, Bam-Bou, Rivington Grill, Urban Caprice, Scotts, Le Caprice, and they have chosen Fourth’s total Stock Management and Employee Management Solution, incorporating all aspects of Fourth’s Purchasing, Stock Control, Recipe Management, HR, Holiday and Absence Management, Scheduling and Wage Forecasting and Fourth’s unique fully incorporated Payroll Bureau for the Hospitality sector. Fourth’s on line solution will replace a wide array of excel spreadsheets and an internally managed Sage Payroll. Sales will be fed from their mixed estate of EPOS systems.

Carluccios FnB
Fantastically successful and continually growing, Carluccios are reknowned for their approach to IT and have decided to roll the Fourth Stock and Ordering system across the estate, and in turn receive single database stock management estate wide, with touch of the button access to understand 'what stock is where' throughout the estate, relating it to sales levels, thus establishing ultimate control on stock levels and purchasing decisions.

Deliverance
Established now throughout all of London, Home Delivery Company for all key markets of world food, Deliverance is a growing business with a need to replace time consuming excel spreadsheets to manage it's uniform purchasing and stock control policies. Owners Active, with ownership interests in Leon and Soho House Group, had the advantage of first seeing the Fourth FnBshop solution providing great proactive stock and purchasing management systems in the growing Leon group.

Hakkasan / Busaba / Yauatcha
Alan Yau's award winning restaurants, already using Fourth's FnBshop for 5 years now, have decided to enlist Fourth Hospitality to help manage a large and ever growing workforce. Fourth's Employee Management Solution has been enlisted to manage all company HR aspects including work compliance issues and holidays, but mainly tracking employee attendance with our hugely Time Saving biometric Time and Attendance system.

Soho House
Are replacing their old in house Payroll System with the Fourth Employee Management System that will fully integrate the entire companies HR, Scheduling, Wage Forecasting and Payroll activities across the entire group that consists of Soho House and Babington House.

Ping Pong
Anyone for Table Tennis, sorry, fabulous Dim Sum at amazing prices? Ping Pong is for you, with an aggressive roll out plan, they can be found in Great Malborough St, London W1 and also in Westbourne Grove. Ping Pong have a central production kitchen in Canning Town, and Fourth’s FnBshop will be managing a central and individual restaurant purchasing operation, daily import sales from Mission EPOS, on demand Sales Mix Cost of Sales information and key end of period reconciliations. FnBshop effortlessly enables central production of batches and distribution of these to various restaurant locations.

2005

Radisson SAS
The Radisson SAS Portman Square Hotel has chosen the Fourth ‘total hotel’ purchasing system, and in the process is eliminating all paper based Purchase Ordering. Manual Purchase Order books will no longer be required. Total and immediate Purchase Control. Easy for HODs to use, Finance get all their numbers generated automatically and a Scala accounts system gets populated with no re-keying of any AP data. E-procurement for Hospitality – the easy way and low cost too.

Ritz Hotel
The famous Ritz Hotel in London has joined Fourth Hospitality. After a detailed and considered process, the hotel has selected Fourth's Stock Control and Purchasing solution for their Food and Beverage operations. The hotel required a product that can handle total Hotel Purchasing, all PO requests and comprehensive stock control. A company that would work with them on their individual needs was very important, as was ease of use.

Gordon Ramsay Holdings
Gordon Ramsay Holdings have begun a group-wide roll out of Fourth's Stock Control and Purchasing solution, beginning with the Connaught in Mayfair. This famous and successful group will benefit from a proven solution that offers an unparalleled reduction in the cost of sale by minimum 1.5% and an increased GP of 5%. The many other benefits of this solution are now well known in the hospitality market.

Planet Hollywood
The famous chain has chosen Fourth Stock Control & Purchasing to reduce their purchasing costs and increase stock control. One benefit is the ability to create powerful leverage when negotiating new supplier contracts, through a full purchase and pricing history for any time period, for any supplier.

2004

Giraffe take on Fourth
Giraffe have selected Fourth Hospitality’s Employee Management System to manage the entire HR, Scheduling and Forecasting, and Payroll Bureau Service. The solution is expected to provide significant savings for the group. As well as providing powerful up to the minute business intelligence information, it will provide a simple and easy business tool for the restaurant managers to use.

Carluccio's
Carluccio's have selected Fourth Hospitality as its HR and Payroll partner. Fourth Hospitality will provide Carluccio's with the web-based Employee Management System to control all aspects of HR and staff scheduling as well as a fully managed Payroll Bureau Service. The solution is being rolled across the group which currently numbers 15 outlets with more in the pipeline.

Center Parcs go Fourth
Fourth Hospitality has beaten off stiff competition to secure a contract with leading UK leisure group, Center Parcs. The Fourth Hospitality FnB Stock and Ordering solution will be used to manage the entire UK operation which currently numbers four villages in Nottinghamshire, Suffolk, Wiltshire and Cumbria. The total number of food & beverage outlets across the entire estate is 78.

Simply Solutions
Simply Heathcotes, the exclusive North-West based restaurant company has implemented the Fourth Hospitality Back Office Suite to help manage its business. The Fourth Hospitality Employee Management System will be used to manage and control all of the company's HR, Wage Costs and scheduling requirements. Whilst the FnB Stock & Ordering Solution will be used to control food & beverage costs and margins. The systems are being rolled throughout the group which includes the Heathcotes and Olive Press brands as well as an outside catering division.
