Add the Fourth Biometric T&A system to their Fourth Employee Management System.

Atelier Joel Robuchon
Fourth delivered a robust and easy to use FnBshop solution to Aubaine Restaurant in Brompton Cross early in 2005. The Parent company now wish to take the same solution forward to their exciting new Joel Robuchon venture just next to The Ivy. This will be a multi site restaurant requiring separate stock reconciliation reports for each key area of what will be an enormous operation.

Bagel Factory
With total use of Fourth Hospitality's web based Employee, Stock and KPI management system, Bagel Factory will be going totally paperless. These are exciting times for a growing company fully intent on only using the best systems to consolidate in order to quickly further growth. Not even a photocopy of any employee document in the filing cabinet!

Barcode
This growing group of Central London bars has chosen Fourth FnBshop to manage it's On-Line Ordering and Stock Control, Sales data will be automatically fed from their Aloha EPOS system.

Brentwood Hotels
Now under management from North British Hotels, another group of 13 or so properties joins the fold in using the Fourth HR, Scheduling and fully integrated Payroll Service to manage their employees.

Brinker UK Ltd
Brinker UK Ltd is a direct subsidiary of the US giant, and is implementing Fourth back office systems to establish control over both Stock and Employee Management, in preparation for rapid company growth.

Brook Hotels
This group of 20 or so nationwide hotels has contracted Fourth to provide the Employee Management System elements of HR, Scheduling and Forecasting with outsourced Payroll Bureau Service.

Caprice Holdings
Including a number of famous marques, Caprice Holdings is made up of The Ivy, J Sheekey, Daphne's, Bam-Bou, Rivington Grill, Urban Caprice, Scotts, Le Caprice, and they have chosen Fourth’s total Stock Management and Employee Management Solution, incorporating all aspects of Fourth’s Purchasing, Stock Control, Recipe Management, HR, Holiday and Absence Management, Scheduling and Wage Forecasting and Fourth’s unique fully incorporated Payroll Bureau for the Hospitality sector. Fourth’s on line solution will replace a wide array of excel spreadsheets and an internally managed Sage Payroll. Sales will be fed from their mixed estate of EPOS systems.

Carluccios FnB
Fantastically successful and continually growing, Carluccios are reknowned for their approach to IT and have decided to roll the Fourth Stock and Ordering system across the estate, and in turn receive single database stock management estate wide, with touch of the button access to understand 'what stock is where' throughout the estate, relating it to sales levels, thus establishing ultimate control on stock levels and purchasing decisions.

Cecconis
Waterbridge The Forbury Hotel sits alongside Waterbridges Work Hotel concepts and are moving to Fourth for all in one HR, Scheduling, Forecasting and Integrated Payroll with Bureau Service.

Deliverance
Established now throughout all of London, Home Delivery Company for all key markets of world food, Deliverance is a growing business with a need to replace time consuming excel spreadsheets to manage it's uniform purchasing and stock control policies. Owners Active, with ownership interests in Leon and Soho House Group, had the advantage of first seeing the Fourth FnBshop solution providing great proactive stock and purchasing management systems in the growing Leon group.

Hakkasan / Busaba / Yauatcha
Alan Yau's award winning restaurants, already using Fourth's FnBshop for 5 years now, have decided to enlist Fourth Hospitality to help manage a large and ever growing workforce. Fourth's Employee Management Solution has been enlisted to manage all company HR aspects including work compliance issues and holidays, but mainly tracking employee attendance with our hugely Time Saving biometric Time and Attendance system.


Hamburger Union
Managing Director and owner Hugh Fowler comments that Fourth Hospitality Systems allow him to grow a multi-site, multi million pound businesses with no need for a Head Office. All Stock Control, Purchasing, HR, Scheduling, Wage Cost Management and Payroll Bureau Services are employed in this exciting burger business that is just about to open restaurant number 4, a new kiosk style for the group, in Hampstead. Fourth is the utility company that eliminates the need for additional administration staff as a chain operation grows.

A great burger story continues to unfold. The one thing any new Hamburger Union just doesn't have to get concerned about is anything to do with Ordering, Stock Control or Employee Management and Payroll Bureau Service.

MARC Ltd
Marlon Abela has a fine portfolio of properties, including the London based Umu, The Greenhouse, and Private Members Club Mortons. The priority is to have all food ordering processed by the system, followed by beverage and consumables. Another company with a different EPOS system in each company, Fourth effortlessly brings Remanco, Mission and Club 2000 together to express group sales as a single line of consumption for products in common.

Momo
Momo Restaurant in the ever popular Heddon St in London's W1, has been benefiting from the Fourth on line Purchasing and Stock Control System for a couple of years now. With a large range of products to control, Fourth have Procurement.

Morgan Hotels
Well, it’s just one thing following another with this prestige group of Hotels. Morgans Hotel Group in London, namely The Sanderson and St Martins Lane Hotel, are now firm and famous users of FnBshop and EMS. So it is only natural that they are further streamlining the current manual Hotel Purchase Order system for all non-fnb outlets. All Rooms Division, Maintenance and Housekeeping departments will be moving into the modern age of electronic purchase requests. Electronic workflow and cheque-book style accounting will leave only one of the 14 current Hotel back office modules of the Fourth Hospitality suite unused…… but watch this space!

Morgans Hotel Group
Back in June 2005 The Sanderson Hotel and St Martins Lane started using Fourth’s FnBshop Stock Control and Purchasing Solution, having replaced a Fidelio V6 system. Ease of use, Control and proactive Management information led to Morgans taking a closer look of our Employee Management and Payroll Bureau solution. Fourth will be replacing an existing outsourced Payroll Bureau and providing all HOD’s with a tool to manage wage cost and access employee data effortlessly.

Cafe Pacifico and La Perla Bars are unique restaurant - bars that serve Mexican food and drink in a lively, fun atmosphere in Covent Garden and Charlotte St. Fourth FnBshop was chosen to efficiently manage these high volume sales of Beer, Cocktails and Tequillas.

Ping Pong
Anyone for Table Tennis, sorry, fabulous Dim Sum at amazing prices? Ping Pong is for you, with an aggressive roll out plan, they can be found in Great Malborough St, London W1 and also in Westbourne Grove. Ping Pong have a central production kitchen in Canning Town, and Fourth’s FnBshop will be managing a central and individual restaurant purchasing operation, daily import sales from Mission EPOS, on demand Sales Mix Cost of Sales information and key end of period reconciliations. FnBshop effortlessly enables central production of batches and distribution of these to various restaurant locations.

Puro Urbano & Beach
Fabulous resort near Marbella takes the Fourth FnBshop Stock and Ordering as it is fully translated into Spanish (and French, Swedish, Norwegian, Italian, Chinese, Russian……..).

Royal Lancaster
This very large and complex Hotel, after a lengthy consultation period, has elected to use the Fourth Employee Management System to gain control of all key compliance HR issues, and to fully track Employee Attendance with the Fourth Biometric Time and Attendance System.

Stanley Casinos
Stanley have 47 nationwide casinos and are rolling out the Fourth Procurement System, which allows them a full Purchase Request to Invoice System, with Budget Controls, Authorisation Workflows etc, another huge Fourth impact on paperwork and duplication.

Soho House
Are replacing their old in house Payroll System with the Fourth Employee Management System that will fully integrate the entire companies HR, Scheduling, Wage Forecasting and Payroll activities across the entire group that consists of Soho House and Babington House.

Villandry
Steamroller Restaurants have been using Fourth to manage HR and Payroll for some time now at Hush and Shumi. They will be implementing Fourth's full Stock and Employee management system for their recent takeover of the large retail, restaurant and bar operation on Great Portland Street W1, to establish watertight control systems in preparation for a roll out of the concept.
