Fresh Element Ltd
Existing customer, Fresh Element are a bespoke catering company with an unrivalled reputation in the North East for food quality and service. They operate for a number of high profile clients in the region's best venues including The Baltic Centre for Contemporary Art in Gateshead Quay. The company has recently introduced fnb manager and people system to manage its back office systems and will soon also be using Fourth's new managed accounting service, FourthSight which provides a consistent accounts processing team, ensuring continuity and avoiding unnecessary overheads.
Flat Planet
Flat Planet is a new concept fast food restaurant specialising in flat breads and will be opening its first site in The City in June 2010. It will shortly be using people system and fnb manager to control all of its HR, payroll, stock control and purchasing, along with FourthSight to efficiently manage its accounts processing - providing the best web-based system available to effectively control its business.
Darwin Property Investment Management Ltd
Darwin Property Investment Management own and manage a growing portfolio of 10 holiday parks around the UK employing around 200 staff. They are the latest recipients of FourthSight, Fourth's managed account processing service, resulting in a more cost-effective, secure and efficient operation that automates accounts processing while highlighting costly anomalies as soon as they appear.
McMullen & Sons Ltd
This Hertfordshire brewery was established in 1827 and today operates a mixed estate of 50 tenanted pubs and 86 managed outlets, including 7 Baroosh bars and with the philosophy to exceed the customers' expections with excellent service and value for money. Fourth are delighted to be working with McMullens and is providing trade simple at all of its managed sites to effectively control online ordering and provide real-time visibility and control of spend.
Montpeliers (Edinburgh) Ltd
Launched in 1992, Montpeliers (Edinburgh) Limited is a dynamic, forward thinking hotel/bar/restaurant group in Scotland with eight cutting edge venues all based in Edinburgh's city centre offering premium accommodation, food and drink including Tiger Lily, Lulu, Opal Lounge, Montpeliers Bar & Restaurant, Ricks, Indigo Yard and Candy. Over the past seventeen years, the group has gone from strength to strength and has won many awards for outstanding service, quality and operational expertise within the industry. Fourth has been selected to provide people system to efficiently manage its HR requirements for 344 staff and to reduce costs and save time for its own in-house team.
K West Hotel
K West is a luxury Hotel in West London offering a cool and sophisticated haven for the weary traveller in laid-back and friendly surroundings. Its facilities include the K Lounge for Coffee and Cocktails, Kanteen Restaurant for contemporary dining and the brand new K Spa offering the ultimate in pampering after its recent £2 million refurbishment. The hotel will shortly be introducing people system and payroll bureau to fully control HR and payroll for its 100 employees reducing costs and saving time for its own in-house team.
Custom House Hotel
The Custom House Hotel is a 282 room hotel located opposite the Excel Centre in London's Docklands and offers a varied choice of restaurant and cuisine including a Chinese restaurant, Café Custom House and an award winning pub. Fourth will be providing fnb manager and people system to easily control its back office systems for stock, purchasing and HR, making savings on time and labour costs.
Gelato Mio
Gelato Mio is one of London's finest Italian Ice Cream Companies with the aim to bring the real Italian Gelato to the UK, using the best and freshest ingredients and following traditional Italian recipes. The group currently operates from 3 locations including its flagship store in Holland Park and has plans to expand further in the future. The company will shortly have the benefit of Fourth's fnb manager to control its stock and purchasing requirements, saving on costs for the business and replacing any current manual processes.

White Circle Organisation Ltd
Based in London, White Circle is an independent, creative fresh-food company, specialising in commercial concession contracts within the arts, leisure and media sectors, providing good classic British food in pleasant surroundings and at value for money prices. Its brands include Couture, Phi Brasserie Cafe Bar at the Hotel Indigo and Milk & Honey. Fourth are delighted to be working with the business and providing people system and fnb manager to control its stock, purchasing and HR and payroll requirements for approximately 200 staff, replacing its current manual processes and ensuring savings in time and wage costs.
Colony London Ltd
Colony London is a brand new start-up Indian Street Food restaurant just opened in Marylebone, London, employing 30 staff. Fourth has been selected as systems provider and the business will have the benefit of both people system and fnb manager to look after its stock control, purchasing, recipe management, HR and payroll requirements - providing maximum benefit to the business and increased profits from day one.
Smiths of Smithfield Ltd
Well known chef and presenter of TV's Master Chef, John Torode operates two venues: Smiths of Smithfield, a four floor grade II listed restaurant located in the heart of Smithfield Market - London's only working meat market and The Luxe (Spitalfields) - both serving simple food made from the finest ingredients, served in a friendly way and in a relaxed atmosphere. Both restaurants will shortly be using Fourth's fnb manager to streamline its stock control and purchasing processes, saving on costs and improving gross margins.
Cornwall Hotel & Spa Ltd
The Cornwall is a luxurious new 65 bedroom hotel and state-of-the-art spa set in a 43 acre estate of glorious victorian parkland and woodland in Tregorrick, Cornwall. The business has selected Fourth to provide people system to control HR and scheduling which will provide fully-costed wage forecasting and allows the business to deploy the right number of staff at the right time to dramatically reduce labour overspend.

The business has selected Fourth to provide people system with bureau to manage the HR and payroll of approximately 30 employees and FourthSight, a new managed accounting service where our experienced hospitality specialists provide consistent accounts processing, ensuring continuity and avoiding unnecessary overheads.
Tortilla
Home to the best tacos and tortillas in London, Tortilla's aim is to provide the best Mexican food in the UK, quickly and at an everyday price. Currently with 8 sites in London, and more openings planned in the near future. The group are the latest recipients of Fourth's people system to manage its HR including payroll, scheduling and time and attendance, along with fnb manager to look after stock control and purchasing ensuring the continued success of this fast-expanding business
Bentleys Bar
Bentleys is a sophisticated bar located on Cheltenham's High Street, offering fantastic food and an extensive cocktail and drinks menu. The company has recognised the benefits that we can offer to smaller, independent businesses and has selected Fourth to provide the people system payroll bureau service to take full control of HR and payroll for 20 employees, allowing savings in time and wage costs.
Jett London Ltd t/a Luxx
Luxx is the latest new club opening in Mayfair, London in February 2010. Fourth has been adopted as its back-office systems partner with the addition of fnb manager and people system to control all aspects of HR, payroll, scheduling, stock control and purchasing for approximately 40 staff, allowing an average of 2-7% savings in wage costs and increased gross profits from day one.
Market Bath Ltd t/a Red Hot Restaurants
Red Hot are a group of award winning buffet restaurants offering the best and most varied food the world has to offer within beautiful yet contemporary settings and all for one price. Located in four locations - Nottingham, Milton Keynes, Northampton and its newest 400 seat venture in Liverpool overlooking Albert Docks. The restaurants will shortly have the benefits of Fourth's people system with bureau to manage its payroll and HR requirements for 120 employees
Goodman Restaurant
Existing customer, Goodman is named after the jazz legend Benny and brings the style of a New York Steakhouse to Mayfair, offering the best steaks in the Capital. The restaurant is opening a further site in Bank and Fourth will be providing fnb manager and people system with payroll, cash management and financial reporting to manage all its stock control, purchasing and HR requirements.
Restaurants Etc Ltd
Restaurants Etc Ltd was formed by celebrated chef, Mark Hix in January 2008, after 17 years as chef director of Caprice Holdings, already an established user of Fourth's systems. There are 4 restaurants serving Mark's signature British food: Hix Oyster and Chop House in London's Smithfields Market; Hix Oyster and Fish House in Lyme Regis; Hix in Brewer St, Soho; and the latest addition opening in March 2010 is Hix restaurant within Selfridges London, thus merging the very best of fashion and food under one stylish roof. All four sites will shortly be using Fourth's fnb manager and people system to control all elements of stock control, recipe management, purchasing, HR and payroll of 100 employees.
The Boundary
Boundary is a project in Shoreditch, East London, opened in January 2009. Located in a converted Victorian warehouse, Boundary includes 3 restaurants and bars, 12 guest bedrooms, 5 suites, a bakery and a food store. Already users of Fourth's people system which manages HR, time and attendance and payroll for over 200 staff, the business will shortly be introducing fnb manager to manage stock control, purchasing and recipe management and to help reduce costs and improve process and reduce costs within the business.
