Villandry
Another existing fourth client, Villandry have opened a new site in Bicester, where they have taken fourth systems with them. Fourth provide People and Stock Control systems for the group, whose flagship site opened its doors in Great Portland Street a little over ten years ago.

Rocco Princi
Rocco Princi, the renowned Milanese baker has recently introduced his premium boutique brand to London with the launch of Princi in Wardour Street, London. The flagship bakery store and cafe is situated in the heart of Soho and has been developed in collaboration with Alan Yau. Fourth provides its FnB system to manage stock and purchasing requirements.

Be At One
Be At One is one concept that is showing no signs of slowing down. The website promises a good old fashioned night out. The successful chain of cocktail bars currently operate 7 bars in and around the south and west of london, from Richmond to Balham. There are also sites in Soho and Covent Garden. The group have adopted fourth as its back office systems partner and have more openings planned. Fourth systems will manage all aspects of HR, Labour, Sales Reporting, Stock Control and Ordering. Fourth will also provide its payroll bureau service to complement the systems.

Busaba Eathai
Long standing fourth client, Busaba Eathai, the successful Alan Yau owned brand, has recently taken on the fourth Payroll Bureau Service to complement its use of the fourth People System. Already using the fourth systems to manage and control all aspects of Stock Control, Ordering, HR, Scheduling and Forecasting, the addition of the payroll service neatly completes an elegant solution for the group and increases its investment and trust in fourth. There are 3 Busaba Eathai restaurants, all in Central London.

Inn Venture
Former Mitchells & Butlers executive Chris Gerard has teamed up with Greene King and formed Inn Venture. His Greene King tenanted pub in Cambridge is branded as d’Arry’s Wine Shop and has impressed industry observers with its quality food, unusual décor, private dining room and focused wine offering. Other pubs are: the Broadway, Letchworth; the Wellington, Welwyn; the George, Fordingbridge; and the Foresters, Church Crockham. The small but expanding group have adopted the fourth FnB System to manage all aspects of Stock Control and Ordering and are definately ones to watch.

Stanley Casinos
Leisure giant Stanley Casinos continues to roll fourth FnB into new sites, the lastest being their flagship London casino, Crockfords. Recent benefactors also include Stoke on Trent and Manchester.

Gourmet Restaurant Group
Successful entrepreneur, Jamal Hirani has put the fourth Employee Management System into his growing Gourmet Restaurant Group business. The group recently acquired the Bombay Bicycle Club business from Clapham House Group and also operates the Tiffinbites brand and reknowned Kings Road restaurant, Vama. The group will use the fourth system to manage all aspects of HR, wage cost control and payroll across its restaurants and its airline catering business.

Room
Room continues it UK expansion with the addition of its fifth site in London's up and coming Kings Cross area. The group uses all the entire fourth back office solution to manage its business profitably.

Match Bars
Cocktails are go! Hip and trendy London bar operator Match Bars has rolled out fourth FnB across its estate to help control and improve margin. Sites include Milk & Honey, Ibiza and The East Room.

Gallery Cafe
The soon to open Gallery Cafe in London's Chelsea will use the entire fourth back office solution to help get its business off to a profitable start. Watch press for opening details.

Swindon Borough Council
Fourth goes public! Swindon Borough Council are also among the latest benefactors of the fourth FnB system. The council will use the system to control and manage the purchasing and profitability of stock for all of its catering outlets.

SAF
With sites in Munich and Istanbul, new to London SAF, has created a healthy eating alternative in the heart of Shoreditch. Using a variety of unique preparation techniques, most dishes are cooked below 48°C to preserve optimum nutrition and flavour. Saf’s plant-based, botanical menus have been created by Executive Chef Chad Samo. UK Head Chef David Bailey and his team have opted for fourth to be their partner for all back office systems and services, covering stock control, purchasing, HR, Staff Scheduling and Payroll.

Westbridge Hotel
The exclusive Westbridge Hotel in London's Mayfair has recently selected fourth as its preferred system to manage all stock control and purchasing requirements. This discerning operator selected fourth FnB after searching the market for the best available system.

Chaophraya
The cultural experience that is Chaophraya has introduced the fourth FnB system to manage all of its stock and purchasing needs, The Thai concept with a difference operates sites in Manchester and Leeds.

Le Pain Quotidien
Fourth goes east! Successful European operator, Le Pain Quotidien has introduced the fourth FnB system to its Russian franchise in Moscow. The system has been transalted into Russian for the local operators.

Forestdale Hotels
Hampshire based Forestdale Hotels are to be the latest recipients of the Fourth Procurement System to manage all capex and opex purchasing. The 18 strong group have hotels all over the UK, from Dartmoor to Darlington and Cambridge.

Ed's Diner
Founders of the American diner culture in the UK, Ed's Diner is the original 1950's classic diner which has its roots in post-war culture. The music is Rock ‘n’ Roll, the food tastes great and the systems are now fourth!

Giraffe
Funky family eaterie Giraffe have increased their investment with fourth. Already long time users of the fourth Employee HR & Scheduling System and Payroll Service, the company are currently rolling out the fourth FnB/Trade Simple Solution into its estate. The chain, which continues to expand its estate will realise significant savings in cost of sale and invoice management.

Jamie's Italian
Jamie's Italian opens the doors to its second site in Bath shortly, fully supported by Fourth systems. The well known chef and personality has big plans for his new concept.

Absolut Hotel
The Absolut Hotel in Limerick is the latest in a growing number of Ireland hotels taking on the fourth Employee System. The site will use the system to help manage all aspects of HR and staff scheduling.

Peach Pub Company
The award winning Peach Pub Company is using the fourth Employee System to help manage its workforce and help keep wage costs in line as it continues to expand its 10 strong estate. The successful group which prides itself on having no brand operates a number of delightful pubs throughout the south east of England. Sites include The Fleece in Witney, The Fishes in North Hinksey and The Old Mill in Berkamsted.

Harvey Nichols
Retail therapy! Fourth is proud to have secured a contract with high end retailer Harvey Nichols and is rolling its back office systems across all of the group's food & beverage outlets across the country. The famous retailer has stores in Bristol, Leeds, Edinburgh, Manchester and Riyadh as well as the flagship store in London's Knightsbridge.

Melville Castle Hotel
Described as an urban oasis, the beautiful Melville Castle Hotel, near Edinburgh recently took on the fourth employee scheduling system and payroll service to manage all things labour related. The hotel joins others in the GPH Hotels group.

Park Inn Hotel
Telford became the latest Park Inn Hotel to take on the fourth employee solution, incorporating full Human Resources, Rota Scheduling and Time & Attendance. The hotel is the latest to join others in the group to have taken on the fourth solution.

Tossed
Our good friends at Tossed, that urban healthy eating chain, headed by the self-named 'Salad Man' or 'Boss of Tossed', Vincent McKevitt, have come to us again. This time to use our electronic ordering solution to improve the purchase order/delivery process across all shops.

Zuma
Long standing fourth client Zuma, has now opened its doors in Dubai, offering its high end Japanese product to the well-heeled and well appointed. Zuma has expanded the use of the fourth FnB system to manage all stock control and purchasing requirements.

London Clubs International
London Clubs International has continued the rollout of the fourth FnB system to it Rendezvous Casinos in Southend and Brighton as well as The Sportsman and The Golden Nugget in London.

Soseki
Soseki is the latest venture for entrepreneur, Caroline Bennett. After the success of Moshi Moshi (London and Brighton), Caroline has been inspired to create Soseki, a high-end Asian sushi concept in the shadow of The Gherkin, in the heart of London's financial district. The site opens its doors for the first time in August and company will be using fourth's Employee Management System and Payroll Bureau Service to take care of all its labour requirements.

Elbow Room
Elbow Room chain of pool bars has taken on the fourth FnB system across all of its sites; London, Bristol, Leeds. This completes the rollout of the fourth system across the entire Greenwich Inc Group. The group recently acquired The pool bar chain, which takes its total number of sites to more than 20.

Annex 3
After success in the East End of London with Les Trois Garcons and Lounge Lover, the eponymously titled group have opened Annex 3 in the West End. The locations tend to be in small, tucked away locations and offer a mix of restaurant and trendy cocktail bars. The group recently adopted fourth to provide an HR and Scheduling system for the group with complementary payroll bureau service.

The Troubadour
The Troubadour must be unique in London. Descibed on its website as the last 50s coffee house in Earls Court, with a low temperature centre of courtesy, peace and artistic energy, this historic site has recently adopted fourth to provide all of its back office systems. There is a club, a cafe and a gallery. Jimi Hendrix, Joni Mitchell, Bob Dylan and Paul Simon all played in the the club in the '60s..

Company of Cooks
After a successful pilot period, rapidly expanding, high end contract caterer Company of Cooks has adopted fourth systems to manage all HR, Scheduling, Stock Control, Recipe and Purchasing requirements. Systems are being rolled out throughout Summer 08. The group boasts clients such as South Bank Centre, Concrete, Imperial War Museum, Kensington Gardens, The Roundhouse and Wisley Gardens.

Hotel De France
Hotel De France in Jersey has chosen fourth to be its HR and Scheduling systems provider. This beautiful hotel in picturesque location needs little introduction.

EAT
EAT has to be one of the great success stories of the last 10 years.Founded by Niall and Faith McArthur in 1996, EAT will be 100 sites by July this year. After looking closely at the systems and processes required to take them from here to the next 100 stores, fourth has been selected to provide HR, Scheduling and Payroll Solution for the group. System being rolled out throughout June and July.

The Hoxton Pony
Freshly refurbished, The Hoxton Pony adds its chic to the expanding Shoreditch bar scene, with its crushed car decor and strong food offering, it is one not to miss. The company will use fourth FnB to manage all of its stock control and purchasing requirements.

Buddha Bar
The esoteric and atmospheric Buddha Bar experience will soon be available to the London public. The international brand (the original site is in Paris) offers a mixture of Japanese-Californian Fusion food and soothe the senses music. Buddha Bar has a resident DJ and produces its own CD's which are already filling CD racks around the world. Buddha Bar will use fourth FnB to manage all stock control and purchasing requirements.

The Dorchester Hotel
The Dorchester Hotel has contracted fourth for a full FnB stock, recipe and procurement solution to replace it's old systems. Fourth saw off all competition to win this prestigious contract.

Bluestone Leisure
Bluestone Leisure is a short break holiday village venue just opened in Wales, aimed at the family market. The leisure operator will use fourth to manage all HR, Scheduling requirements.

Paul UK
Existing fourth client, Paul UK continues its use of fourth systems. It will use FnB to control, track and report all stock movement around the business as well as full purchasing automation and profit reporting. This maison de qualite was founded in 1889 in nortern France and recently opened new stores in Fulham and Euston.

Gordon Ramsay
Fourth continues its systems expansion with Gordon Ramsay, as he continues his expansion, this time into the pub sector with The Narrow and Foxtrot Oscar. Fourth FnB remains the system of choice for all the group's stock control and ordering requirements.

AHG Group
DeVere Venues, part of AHG Group, is a group of 30 beautiful hotel and conference centres a cross the UK. The HR and Finance Team pitched the fourth Scheduling and Time & Attendance Solution against others and as a result, fourth will now be rolled out across all sites. Fourth is delighted to now include this prestigious group in its portfolio.

DeVere Collection
DeVere Collection is a collection of 12 fine hotels, which include Cameron House in Scotland and The Grand in Brighton. This part of the AHG empire has again decided to elect fourth as its systems partner, this time for HR and Scheduling with Biometric Time and Attendance. The Fourth system will replace legacy systems and continues fourth's expansion into the hotel market.

Silverfleet
A privately run, family business, founded in 1947, Silverfleet, offers cruises, private parties and corporate events on the Thames. The company, which has three luxury vessels will use the fourth Employee System with full Biometric Time and Attendance functionality to manage all HR, scheduling and wage cost control and reporting.

ITO
London-based entrepreneur Tom Etridge is adding his midas touch to new venture, ITO. Opening in October, the new site will be Etridge's first since the successful sale of The Frandek Group in 2007. Tom has continued his relationship with fourth. All back office systems are being provided plus the payroll bureau service.

Mucho Mas
For Mexican burritos and tacos, visit Mucho Mas, in the busy Upper Street area of Islington. Mucho Mas are using all fourth systems and services.

Jamie's Italian
Jamie Oliver launches his new restaurant in Oxford next month. Jamie's Italian, as it will be known will be using fourth for all of its back office requirements, including HR, staff scheduling, payroll, stock control, purchasing and all reporting. Executive chef, Jules Hunt will also be using the fourth recipe management module to build, cost out and develop all recipes for the group.

Town & Country Inns
Midlands based group Town & Country Inns have added two new sites to their growing estate. The successful group, owned and operated by Mark Jones is introducing its Apres Bars concept shortly to Cheltenham and Bristol. These cool buzzing bars with their Alpine ski-lodge ambiance have already proved a hit in Birmingham, Solihull, Lichfield, Stafford and Mere Green. Fourth have been providing back office systems for the company for 3 years. Part of the solution is fourth's advanced biometric time and attendance system.

Olive Tree Restaurants
Olive Tree Restaurants has just put fourth systems into its new site in Windsor, Mozzarella Joe's. The Hampshire based company has a site in Southsea.

Folio Hotels
fourth client Folio Hotels has just added The Princess Hotel in Manchester to its expanding portfolio. fourth provide an entire labour solution for the entire Folio estate, including a full payroll bureau service.

Carluccio's
Carluccio's has opened its first site in Ireland with all fourth systems in place to control labour cost , cost of sale and payroll processing. The site, which is the company's first franchise opened its doors in February

The Chicago Ribshack
The "Shack is back" is what they're saying. April will see the return to London of The Chicago Ribshack. New brand owners Adrian Hartnett and Jon Yantin are launching in Knightsbridge. fourth is providing all back office systems and a payroll bureau service to the new venture.

Cafe Nido
Ever heard of a Nido Cube? Check out www.nidolondon.com for details. Opens in Kings Cross, London in the spring of 2008. Room Restaurants entrepreneur Simon Wright and his team are providing the F&B in the form of Cafe Nido. fourth systems are being used throughout.

De Vere
The De Vere Deluxe brand has introduced fourth FnB for its 11 properties. The system will manage all stock control and purchasing for the group which includes the exclusive Cameron House at Loch Lomond and Carden Park, near Chester.

Monmouth Coffee Company
The Monmouth Coffee Company are a tonic for coffee lovers in London. With two sites in and around Borough Market and one in Covent Garden, the company has decided to adopt fourth systems to manage all of its staffing and payroll requirements.

Tampopo
Fresh eastern cooking is the theme of pan Asian noodle bar concept, Tampopo has introduced fourth systems to help manage its labour and payroll requirements as it continues its nationwide expansion. The group currently has sites in Fulham, Manchester, Trafford and Leeds.

Company of Cooks
Company of Cooks, providers of catering services to the likes of South Bank Centre, Imperial War Museum and The Roundhouse have added fourth FnB to help improve margin and provide improved purchasing and stock control throughout the group. Owner, Mike Lucy, continues to expand this growing and well respected business.

Hooters
Hooters is being re-launched in the UK by Wings Over England Ltd. The company, which has nothing to do with the existing UK Hooters restaurant in Nottingham, has big plans for the brand, which is already well known in the USA. The group will be using fourth systems to manage all of its back office requirements.

Rosso Pomodoro
Rosso Pomodoro opens its third site in London's Covent Garden in April. The Italian based company which has over 50 sites in Europe, already has sites in Fulham and Kensington. Fourth is providing systems to help the company manage its labour and tronc requirements.

Chop'd
Existing fourth client Chop'd has opened its new site in Spitalfields with fourth systems in place to control labour cost and payroll processing.

Ping Pong
Another existing client Ping Pong has taken advantage of the newly launched fourth managed service. This is a tailored service to support the successful running and operation of the fourth FnB system. The service is popular with clients who want the results without the hassle of some of the more functional tasks required in order to generate them.

Barcelo Hotels
Spanish group Barcelo Hotels is the new owner of Paramount Hotels. They have selected fourth to provide an HR and Scheduling solution for the business for all of their 19 UK sites.

Custom House
Custom House in Copenhagen is a stunning refurbished 1930's art deco restaurant site on the city's waterfront. It is owned by D&D London (formerly Conran Restaurants) and was opened in September 2006. The restaurant has recently benefited from the introduction of fourth FnB to manage all of its stock control and purchasing requirements. The system has been translated in Danish. The Executive Head Chef at Custom House is Robert Nilsson, formerly executive chef of Kattegat Gastronomi & Logi in Torekov, Sweden, a Relais & Chateaux property. Robert, who is originally from Sweden, has worked in many Michelin starred establishments and regularly won critical and industry acclaim for his work.

Aaya
New Japanese restaurant Aaya has opened in Brewer Street, Soho with fourth providing all back office systems and providing payroll bureau service.

Beach Blanket Babylon
Entrepreneurs Robert Newmark and Graham Rebak have put fourth FnB into their new Beach Blanket Babylon site in Shoreditch. The system is also in the company's other two sites; Dollar, in Farringdon and the Gaudi-inspired opulence of the original Beach Blanket Babylon in Notting Hill.

Salade
Expanding chain Salade have adopted fourth to provide all of its back of house systems and reporting requirements. Fourth will be generating a series of web based dashboards for Salade to report all of its key KPI data. Salade sites are currently in Stratton Street, Old Bailey and Fetter Lane with Spring openings planned for Paddington Station and Poland Street. All sites are in central London.

Newbury Racecource
Newbury Racecource has adopted the fourth FnB system as part of an overall systems solution to control all aspects of stock control, point of sale and cash control at its venue.

Food For Friends
Independent Brighton based, vegetarian haunt, Food For Friends has recently adopted fourth FnB to control all stock and purchasing for the site, proving that fourth is a solution for independent operators as well as the larger groups and chains.

Tossed
Healthy eating concept, Tossed continues its expansion with more openings planned in 2008. The group, run by award winning entrepreneur Vincent McKevitt currently operates 4 sites. Vincent calls himself Salad Man and plans to take the concept of the salad bar to a whole new level, by counting calories and nutritional content, and by making its own smoothies.

Lussman's
Modern bistro style restaurant Lussman's has adopted fourth FnB for both of its sites. The system will help to control and manage all of its stock and ordering requirements. The sites are in St Albans and Hertford and are owned by Andrei Lussman.

Hard Days Night
Hard Days Night is a new Beatles-inspired hotel concept, recently opened in Liverpool. The company has adopted fourth systems to control and manage all labour and payroll costs and processes.

Bourne Capital
Bourne Capital have brought a little jazz to Fourth. The owners of Ronnie Scott's, as well as a number of other London venues including Queens Ice Rink and Bowl in Bayswater have selected fourth FnB to control stock and purchasing across its entire estate.
