Each session will include

Administration: Setting up of locations, divisions and job titles. Overview of access level hierarchy and administration settings.

Employee Record Management: Takes you through the employee lifecycle, starting at creating employees, managing and updating HR information through to terminating employee records.

Employee Holidays and Absences: Holiday calculations, creating lieu days, creating absences, lieu day mass adjustments.

OH&S: Accident reporting: Audits and alerts, operations audits, alert and reminder set up, and dispatches.

Rotas, Rota management and Administration: Creating and deleting rotas, Rotas status summary, Alert set up, Analysis page, Configuration of locations (in depth).

Tronc: Managing tronc funds and employee rates.

Payroll: Current pay run list (payroll review), Payment types and deductions.

Reporting: In-depth look at reports, Customized reports exports and within the HR and Rotas and Tronc modules.
