KRISPY KREME
Opened it's first store in the UK in the world famous Harrods department store in October 2003. Since then they have improved their coffee programme and introduced their new 'Hot Doughnut Machine technology', which allows them to bring the Krispy Kreme hot doughnut experience to more people.

Krispy Kreme began to use Fourth from inception for HR, Rotas and Payroll. Everyone knows the success story that this has become, with Fourth playing no mean part in the provision of key HR and Labour cost data for good control.
Another stock system was chosen at the time, which interestingly has subsequently been replaced by Fourth because of the way the Fourth System can so easily handle batches, distribution, internal requisitions etc. and keep such a tight control on costs.

Le Pain Quotidien
In 1990 the original and first Le Pain Quotidien store opened its doors in downtown Brussels. The public welcome was warm, and success was instant. By 1993 there were 16 different stores in Europe. The naturally leavened bread made contains quite literally 3 ingredients: water, flour and salt. Alain spent several years perfecting the taste, and so little by little the unmistakable taste of the original daily bread ('le pain quotidien') was created.

With high volume fresh food it's a Big kitchen supports the current 8 sites. Fourth replaced an Excel based 'Stock and recipe system' that was in no way going to help manage the speedy growth that Leon was going to see.
With Fourth systems Leon get speedy stock results, can quickly understand any differences in theretical stock to actual, and helps them to understand that very gap of 'Unknown Wastage', and keep it tight whilst also tracking all the different declared wastage that comes from managing a big fresh food offering.

Eat in and take away restaurants - All their hamburgers are handmade on the premises each day
They use only natural fed, grass-reared additive free beef. All the beef comes from Charolais and Charolais Hereford cross Oxfordshire cattle. Their chips are proper chips made from fresh potatoes and never frozen. They always offer at least three interesting hot vegetarian choices.
