The Fourth Stock Control and Ordering system has been helping HDV manage an enormous and diverse wine stock (in excess of 2000 bins) since 2005. Fifteen Sommeliers throughout the estate making their own unique daily purchase decisions and all in one single database. Fourth replaced a complex set of company wide excel spreadsheets. Savings of 2% cost of sale easily achieved.
