The Fourth Stock Control and Ordering system has been helping HDV manage an enormous and diverse wine stock (in excess of 2000 bins) since 2005. Fifteen Sommeliers throughout the estate making their own unique daily purchase decisions and all in one single database. Fourth replaced a complex set of company wide excel spreadsheets. Savings of 2% cost of sale easily achieved.

Since creating the concept of the Folio Hotels in 2004, the first five hotels have undergone heavy investment to bring them up to Folios exacting standard. Folio belives their guests want more than simply a home-from-home overnight stay, and aim to deliver a consistently comfortable and memorable hotel experience.

Folio brought Fourth in at the time in 2006 when they had 20 hotels and have now grown the estate to 42. Fourth took over from another external Payroll Bureau adding benefits of the fully integrated Fourth HR and Scheduling elements.
